Suggestion Boxes
You'll find Suggestion Boxes in every department of America Online. If you have any suggestions or feedback about any aspect of an America Online department (what you think of what's available, what you would like to see), please use the Suggestion Boxes. Mail that you leave in the Suggestion Boxes will go directly to the person at America Online, Inc., who is responsible for the service area to which you are reacting. And we take your suggestions seriously.
Customer Relations Hotline
If you have any questions about using America Online that you can't find answers for online, or for any other matter that requires personal attention, please write to us using the Customer Relations Hotline. You will find the Hotline in the Members' Online Support department; or, you can use the keyword: HOTLINE to take you directly there. We promise to get back to you within three business days.
Forum Leaders
Forum Leaders are representatives of America Online who are experts in various areas of Macintosh computing. If you have questions or suggestions that are specific to an area covered by the America Online Computing Forums (located in the Computing & Software department of America Online), leave a message for the Forum Leader on a message board in the appropriate forum. Forum Leaders can be identified by the prefixes to their Screen Names: AFL = America Online Forum Leader; AFA = America Online Forum Assistant.
